Polish Speaking Cash Collection Professional Application deadline: Workplace: Hybrid Position Job Location: Biatorbágy, Pest, Hungary | Budapest, Pest, Hungary | Székesfehérvár, Székesfehérvár, Hungary | Tatabánya, Komárom-Esztergom, Hungary | Törökbálint, Pest, Hungary Contract Type: Full-Time Employment Type: Regular **What is the job about?** The Credit & Collection Professional executes all activities as defined in the SLAs/OLAs for selected local companies reporting to the Finance Supervisor and is responsible for timely and quality cash collection on the assigned portfolio. **Your main responsibilities** : + Prompt, proactive and effective communication with external customers on dailybasis, with obtaining current information on outstanding cash + Register payment promises + Make sure promises are kept and follow up on broken promises + Monitor aging of accounts and initiate phone calls to customers to arrange payments on time + Participate in migration of cash collection activities from local business to shared services + Perform total account management utilizing SAP FSCM Credit& Collection and dispute management tools + Assist credit management function in order to set up right credit limits to customers + Coordinate timely dispute resolution + Effective collaboration with cash application function in order to minimize unapplied cash on the assigned portfolio + Timely evaluation if credit or debits need to be issued + Daily handling of order releases as per DOA + Perform account reconciliations, reduce account aging as much as possible + Establish clear and concise communication with debtors, internal and external stakeholders + Escalate issues to appropriate internal and external contacts in order to minimize past due and bad debt and improve DSO + Preparation and attending reoccurring cash calls + Assist in portfolio health monitoring, identify concerns, trends, write off recommendations + Support the operation of the one finance, participates in collaboration forums + Keeps contact with the affected stakeholders and key contact persons + Ensures “no surprises” environment, informs senior accountant about problems and changes + Proactively interact with stakeholders to raise awareness of issues encountered along with any actions taken to support resolution + Seeks for continuous improvement opportunities to enhance effective MEC, processes and increase the quality of service + Implements process improvements or process standardizations + Support projects related to assigned processes + Supports audit processes during system/process audits (internal and external). **Your background** We imagine that you have: + Fluency in Polish, communicational level of English + Real willingness to learnOrder to Cash processes in case of lack of professional experience + Preferably university or college degree in economics or finance + Preferably experience in Shared Service environment + Preferably experience in using SAP + Solid and stable Excel knowledge + Communicative, people oriented, mature personality + Team player attitude and also ability to decide independently + Systematic and quality-oriented way of working **What’s in it for you?** **What are your goals?
