**Job Title: Polisher/Finisher** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Polisher/Finisher to take regular mill finish metal to a mirror finish. You will collaborate with welders to ensure projects are completed to high standards. In this role, you will work on pharmaceutical equipment and other stainless steel projects in the shop using hand and power tools. **Responsibilities** + Polish and finish metal surfaces to a mirror finish + Collaborate with welders to complete projects + Utilize hand and power tools such as polishers, grinders, dynafiles, and buffers + Work on pharmaceutical equipment and other stainless steel projects **Essential Skills** + 5 years of polishing or finishing experience (preferably in the stainless steel or furniture industry) + Ability to polish to a mirror finish + Proficient in using hand and power tools including polishers, grinders, buffers, and dynafiles **Work Environment** The work environment is a fast-paced weld shop with around 40-50 welders and multiple large projects.
