Title: Political Action Committee (PAC) Coordinator

Locations: Washington, DC (Preferred); Atlanta, GA; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; Richmond, VA;

Position Summary

The McKesson Employees PAC Coordinator provides financial, data, and administrative support to the McKesson Employees Political Action Committee (PAC) and serves as the primary contact for ensuring PAC compliance with FEC regulations. This position also oversees the PAC database system, manages logistics for executive-level meetings and events, and coordinates solicitation campaigns. This position will work closely with the McKesson Government Affairs and Policy Communications team, reporting to the Senior Director, Policy Communications & Stakeholder Engagement.

Essential FunctionsManage incoming receipts, check requests, and disbursements.Manage the database vendor relationship and keep the donor database system updated and organized. Serve as the system expert and train other staff as necessary.Coordinate Federal Election Commission (FEC) reports.Develop analytics to track fundraising campaign success.Manage logistics for PAC fundraising campaigns, annual PAC dinner, and quarterly PAC Board meetings and other events.Provide logistical support of political engagement efforts – i.e. campaign committees, state society memberships.Coordinate event calendar for fundraisers.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications and SkillsExperience with federal or state PACs.Working knowledge of Federal Election Committee (FEC) rules and processes.Excellent organizational skills, analytics, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage multiple projects, exercise sound professional judgment, and meet deadlines.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or other related software and Internet research skills.Experience with DDC database (or other PAC database software) preferred.Ability to travel.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$71,800 - $119,600
