Willing to train the right candidate if you do not currently have experience!

The registered polysomnographic technologist performs comprehensive sleep study testing and analysis, and associated interventions under the general supervision of the Team Leader (RPSGT), manager, and/or clinical director (MD) or designee. A registered poly tech can provide supervision to a trainee or student.

Must become registered through the Board of Polysomnographic Technologists. (RPSGT).

Training for certification 100% paid for through Guild for qualified candidates.

CPR certification required.

Preferred - 6 months experience performing sleep studies, with documented proficiencies in all required competencies.  Knowledge of Nihon Kohden Sleep System helpful but not required.

EDUCATION:

High school graduate required.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Recent experience in a Sleep Lab recommended.
