This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented leadership team in a newly renovated property, and help us achieve our goal of elevating the operation. In this role, you will manage the team and operations of the pool and food and beverage over our pools. You will report directly to the Director of Banquets. As the Pool Manager, you will work closely with f&b management to achieve high score of food and service quality and be responsible for budgets and cost control measures, quality standards, and guest and team member satisfaction. Duties of this role include, but are not limited to, the following: Direct and participate the functions of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs among departments. Maintain high standards of food & beverage quality, service & marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction of the Food & Beverage operations. Assist in interviewing high quality personnel and manage the development, motivation and retention of staff. Qualifications We are looking for a high-evnergy individual with a passion for creating unique and memorable experiences! Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: At least two (2) years of food and beverage leadership experience within a hotel / resort setting is required. Proven track records as effective trainers, coaches and motivators. Excellent communication skills. Experienced with cost controls, financial controls, profit and loss statements, etc. Must have the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work outside in various conditions to include extreme heat. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $24.26/Hr. - $24.26/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
