Pool Cover Technician

The Pool Cover Technician, will be working in a manufacturing environment to sew items for the pool accessory line. You'll be responsible for the cutting, fabricating, sewing, edging and packaging Commercial swimming pool thermal pool covers while meeting demand and completing work orders in a timely, efficient manner; ensuring safety and resolving immediate safety concerns. All sewn covers are to meet company standards and are to conform to drawing and quality specifications.

Pay: $18.00/hour 
Schedule: Monday through Friday - 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Fabricate pool covers based on customer specifications Operate sewing machines to sew durable materials Cut materials to length using cutting table to listed quantities and lengths Assemble components of pool covers, including attaching straps, grommets, and reinforcing materials Inspect finished products for quality assurance Handle heavy materials during production

Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing or sewing preferred but not required Ability to read, evaluate, and respond to product specifications, drawings, and perform normal mathematical calculations Basic sewing skills or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards are met Ability to lift up to 70lbs frequently Motivated, quick learner, and an excellent work ethic
