Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for a Pool Side Restaurant and Recreation Manager to join the Food & Beverage Team! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms, with their Orlando family resort pool area, named #1 by TripAdvisor’s Top 10 Fantastic Pools. Pool hours are from 7AM until 10PM.
\nThe ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a similar role, has a strong customer service background with excellent knowledge of F&B and liquor. Experience within a fast-paced environment and in large properties is highly preferred. We are looking for someone with a great personality who is ready to assist our guests and team members with anything that may arise, overseeing the pool side cafe and bar and the recreations activities. In this role, you will oversee a team of approx. 35 Team Members.
Shift Pattern: 10 hours shift, requiring full flexibility with schedules, weekends and holidays, as needed.

What will I be doing?
\nAs a Pool Side Restaurant and Recreation Manager, you will direct and organize the activities of the pool side restaurant, Beech, and the Recreation department to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
\n\nPlans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. \nEnsures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. \nHelps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. \nInterviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.\nMonitor quality of service by observing or asking customers about needs; resolve customer complaints about service, food quality, etc. by assessing problem and taking immediate action.\nPlan and direct all functions of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.\nManages and motivates all recreation personnel to include supervision, training, communicating objectives for the day, scheduling and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide guest satisfaction.\nWhat are we looking for?
