THE JOB:

Join our dynamic team as a Pool Specialist at MGM Grand, where you'll play a key role in keeping our pools, spas, ponds, and water features sparkling clean and in top condition! THE STARTING RATE: $20.54 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Cleaning & Maintenance: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining pools, spas, ponds, fountains, and other water features.

Equipment & Work Areas: Keep all equipment and work areas clean, organized, and in proper working condition.

Monitoring & Reporting: Identify and report unusual conditions, needed repairs, or equipment issues.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate cleaning and maintenance records using established procedures.

Safety & Emergencies: Follow safety protocols, stay updated on best practices, and assist with emergency duties as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.

Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Experience: Prior relevant experience in a hotel or industrial complex property preferred.

Schedule: Full-time position with shifts from 3am to 11am, including weekends and holidays.

Water Feature Maintenance: Prior experience in cleaning and maintaining pools and water features preferred.
