JOB FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for ensuring the established and un-established quality standards of PK and the customer’s expectations are met or exceeded
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Reviews all payroll reports, promotions, demotions, annual reviews, disciplinary actions, transfers, terminations, employee relations, employee safety, and employee communications.
2. Responsible for expanding the business at the account, identifying, and developing other business “opportunities” outside of the account.
3. Manages the account within the guidelines established by the customer contact as well as the policies and procedures established by corporate PK.
4. Responds to customer related complaints and inquiries, soliciting senior management and/or corporate staff support where appropriate.
5. Oversees the location’s inventory needs.
6. Responsible for obtaining a PO for any and all work performed which is outside the scope of the contract.
7. Provides information as related to contract negotiations, as well as being an active participant.
8. Responsible for daily meetings with the customer to review the status of the work schedule.
9. Responsible for developing the operational staff to meet the needs of the account and to provide adequate operational backup.
10. Manages the PK expenditures at the account operating level to meet profit goals.
11. Follows OSHA guidelines and PK safety standards.
12. Ability to follow directions as provided by management.
13. Demonstrates a considerate, approachable, and constructive attitude toward fellow employees and the customer.
14. Performs other duties as directed.
