Ability to run a test light. Perform basic light vehicle maintenance. Install brake and front-end components. Diagnose and repair TPMS systems. Dismount, mount, and balance light vehicle tires. Replace U-joints and drivelines. Replace alternator and fan belts. Equipment operation Ability to operate boom truck. OTR Tire experience + 5 years required. Ability to dismount and mount single and multi-piece wheels. Ability to recognize damaged or worn-out wheel components. Knowledge of tire classification, ability to identify basic markings on sidewalls: tire size, serial numbers etc. Ability to operate all hand tools associated with changing OTR tires. Ability to safely dismount and mount OTR tires.
