About the role
As a Porter, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel. You will be responsible for performing valet parking duties, transferring and storing luggage and providing information and advice to guest with your extensive knowledge of Melbourne and local attractions. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nEngage with our guests to create lasting memories\nRetrieve and manage guest luggage\nValet park guest cars and maintain accurate records of vehicles in the hotel’s care\nArrange and assist guests with taxis\nSupport other hotel departments when required\n\n

\n\nYou will be outgoing, enthusiastic & welcoming!\nHave excellent personal presentation\nAbility to lift heavy objects\nCommitment to respond to guest requests and deliver high levels of service\nAustralian Driver’s License (dual Manual & Automatic required)\n\n
