COMPENSATION: $19.50 - $20.00 / hour Weekly Pay Compensation for this position is dependent on a variety of factors, including individual qualifications and geographical location. The range provided is intended to offer a general guideline and may vary based on these factors. Final compensation offers will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of the candidate's background and the specific requirements of the role. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Perform upkeep and janitorial duties so that your property is always in great condition, demonstrating pride in your building and grounds. Learn new skills and work closely with the maintenance team on small repairs and preventative activities. Engage in minor maintenance work in coordination with building maintenance team. Assist in preparation of vacant units with maintenance team. Provide excellent customer service to residents while performing job duties. Inspect property and equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality. Perform snow removal and/or landscaping as needed. Maintain building supplies and inventory in proper condition. Communicate with management to address safety concerns as needed. Support site and office operations as assigned by manager. Qualifications POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: You have at least 1 year experience as a building porter, cleaner, or groundskeeper Schedule: PART TIME 24 hours/week, Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays 7:30AM-4:00PM. Affordable housing experience is a plus. You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
