A Maintenance Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of a facility, performing tasks like cleaning, light repairs, and groundskeeping, while also assisting with other maintenance needs. 

 

Light Maintenance and Repairs:

Performing minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs or fixing loose fixtures.

Assisting with larger maintenance projects as needed.

Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Groundskeeping:

Maintaining minor landscaping.

Maintaining the property's curb appeal

Must be willing to work as a team player

Other Duties/ Security:

Assisting with the preparation of rooms or spaces for events or occupancy.

Following safety procedures and guidelines. 

Maintaining Team Members Safety with Proper Badge Access 

Patrolling around buildings, grounds, and work areas

Monitor surveillance footage 

Control access and checkin in visitors and employees, and direct traffic

Report incidents or suspicious activity or emergencies

Respond to emergencies, act quickly to manage situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches

 

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 6am to 5pm Full Time

Pay: $18-$20
