Job Description Summary

As part of transactions management, the person will need to oversee the following – Acquisitions, Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Relocations, Lease Administration / Information Management.

About the Role:  

Provide analytical support on portfolio performance planning.Support liaison with local execution teams.Monitor portfolio performance and conduct budgeting and projections.Perform cashflow/investment analysis. Tracking of revenue pipeline and billingPrepare and develop relevant and applicable real-estate portfolio management reports - cost models, negotiation tracker, transaction term sheet, project authorization form, closeout checklist. Collation of market reports from local brokers as required.

About You:  

Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Building, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other relevant disciplines.0 to 3 years of commercial real estate experience.Strong financial, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, with sound attention to detail.Team Player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.Relevant experience in consulting, research, transaction brokerage and/or account management or property industry knowledge would be an added advantage.
