If so, come join us and help redefine the Canadian banking landscape! **What you will be doing:** Reporting to the Director Portfolio Analytics, the Portfolio Analytics Manager will provide detailed analyses and reporting using a wide range of data sources and analytical tools to support critical business initiatives. The analysis to the Retail Deposit department will help drive portfolio growth and profitability. The role requires using a mix of skills including strategic analysis, creative product ideation, and cross-functional collaboration with partners across the organization. **Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:** + Drive long-term growth and engagement of Deposits products through a combination of data analysis, business assessments and product ideation, to optimize product and client journey experiences. + Synthesize data and understand trends in consumer market and competition to inform strategic considerations and meaningful business insights. + Execute on projects by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive impact on deposits product goals. + Monitor, measure, and provide regular reporting and commentary on our progress against KPIs. + Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. + Implement Pricing Strategies for retail deposits to ensure the seamless pricing capabilities across channels and customer segments. + Analyse the flow of funds to guide business with appropriate strategies to reduce internal cannibalisation and retention strategies by identifying the key trends. + Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk. + Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment. + Champion a client-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
