Job Summary
As a Portfolio and Performance Analysis Associate within our governance team, you will have the opportunity to optimize business performance by promoting key initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to Business/Group Heads, responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. This role is based in India, supporting our global structure. You will be part of a team responsible for the Controls, Reporting, and Oversight of operating metrics, as well as supporting various ad hoc/business initiatives.


Job Responsibilities:

Produce key metrics/decks (e.g. Relationship reviews, Steer Co. decks, Business reviews and dashboards) for the senior management on regular / ad hoc basis Liaise/ monitor with Business teams on various first line of defense controls / audit related aspectsEngage with key stakeholders across globe to understand challenges/pain-points or best practices and implement solutionsPlay a supporting role in driving business-initiated change management activities across the business (assess the ask, formulate solution in conjunction with business partners, manage the execution, measure success, manage risks & controls)Identify and execute on efficiency/automation opportunities in the existing data consolidation/reporting processesProvide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysisIdentify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controlsParticipate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processesKeeping a risk and control mindset

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Ability to work independently, set priorities and deliver results (under tight time frames and pressure)8 +years work experience with 3+ years of relevant experienceStrong analytical skills and ability to document and communicate complex, at times quantitative, business requirements and business analysis to our technology counterpartsStrong interpersonal, communication, listening, and writing skills.  Candidate must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading discussions/presentingAction oriented with a focus on results and an innovative mindsetHighly motivated, proactive and self-starter Ability to work well on a global integrated teamAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of personnelProficiency with Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Experience with portfolio performance, investments and/or products, and project management skills preferredCFA, CIPM qualification preferred
