Pay Rate: $33 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a financial institution, is looking to hire a Portfolio Associate, Private Wealth, on a 6-month contract. This position is hybrid, 2 days in office, including Wednesdays. 
 
Responsibilities include: Utilizing custom models for data processing Operating within a portfolio management system Assisting investment counselors by preparing portfolio proposals Supporting senior team members with trading tasks, including GICs Managing investments effectively Assisting with client accounts and reports Understanding and following compliance policies
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications: Post-secondary degree in Business or Finance 1-3 years of relevant experience in the investment or financial services industry CFA, Level 1 or CSC is considered an asset Strong investment management knowledge Solid relationship management skills Strong technical skills - Microsoft Office
