The Portfolio & Campaign Manager drives strategy and execution for crop protection cereals segment. This role leads product lifecycle management, from new introductions to pricing and branding, while overseeing marketing campaigns and market intelligence.
Reporting to the Head of Portfolio & Campaign in Central Europe with no direct reports, the Portfolio & Campaign Manager collaborates across teams to ensure focus on the marketing 4Ps.
Responsibilities
To develop a robust portfolio strategy of respective segment (cereals CP)To actively manage product lifecycle with ownership of NPI (New Product Introduction)Ensure execution of the strategy and tactics to meet the business and financial objectives of respective segmentShort- and long-term focus on the marketing 4PsLeading of cross function campaign team to set up all local activities to deliver business targetsto consolidate tactics into annual campaign plans and coordinate campaign executionTo cooperate closely with regional marketing team, and local teams (technical support, regulatory, sales)Company Description

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in agriculture, business studies or equivalent5+ years of marketing and portfolio management experience, preferably within agricultural industry or similarSales and/or customer experience in the agrochemical, CP or related industry would be beneficialExposure to forecasting, product development or product management practicesExperience in budget management Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex concepts to all stakeholdersUpper-intermediate level of English
