Job Description & Details:

Seeking a Business Services Consultant to join the Portfolio Delivery and Execution (PDEX) team providing support and oversight for the change portfolio across the Technology for the Chief Operating Office (TCOO).

The role will include the following duties & responsibilities:
• Build familiarity and knowledge of the full technology change portfolio across Global Operations and the Chief Administration Office
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Line of Business partners, Technology leaders and teams, as well a key partners in Finance, Change Management, Architecture and Risk.
• Maintain a central repository of key data points for Portfolio Execution
• Participate in the creation of monthly reporting and accomplishment artifacts, including portfolio commentary and “talking points” to prepare technology leaders for senior leadership monthly reviews.
• Partner with Finance and Portfolio Planning to track capacity forecast against actuals and explain the drivers for variances
• Work with Line of Business and Technology leaders to track and maintain quarterly milestone deliverables and keep strategy roadmaps up to date.

• Employs a wide range of tools and tactics to ensure information reaches target audiences with appropriate and measurable impact.
• Ability to simplify the complex and communicate to a wide variety of audiences including high level executives, utilizing tools, technology and polished communication skills.

Desired Qualifications
• Prior Wells Fargo experience will be an advantage
• Prior Banking industry experience desired and any prior experience in Consumer Banking, Wholesale Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Fraud Operations or the Chief Administration Office is a distinct advantage.
• Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
• Experience in understanding, assessing and writing commentary on monthly financial reporting
• Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication (oral and written) with ability to communicate at multiple levels ranging from technologists to senior managers and executive leadership
• Experience creating executive level dashboards, analytics, and reports using advanced visualization tools
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential
• Knowledge and experience of JIRA will be an advantage
• Knowledge and experience of visualization tools like Power BI will be an advantage
