**Our Team:**
The Portfolio Enterprise Support team are domain and subject
matter experts of Bloomberg’s Portfolio Enterprise Solutions. Bloomberg’s
Portfolio and Risk Analytics platform provides customers the ability to analyze
multi-asset portfolios, obtain a suite of derived analytics interactively and
automate reporting for downstream systems. The Portfolio Enterprise Support
Team sits within the Buy Side Enterprise Support Team (B.E.S.T.) which also
covers Buyside Operations, and the AIM and Enterprise Risk product offering.
**What is the role?**
There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional
to join the Portfolio Enterprise Support Team. The Portfolio Enterprise Support
Specialist is a client facing role, liaising with portfolio managers, risk and
performance analysts and back/middle-office professionals. This position
demands strong problem solving skills complimented with solid interpersonal
skills. Knowledge of Fixed Income analytics and Portfolio analysis is
preferred. The daily workload will include providing superior customer service to
our PORT Enterprise Clients, delivering client trainings and migration support.
The role offers great exposure to learn
the full spectrum of portfolio management risk and analytics concepts alongside
report orchestration and API workflows to meet front to back customer
workflows.

**Business Impact** - the value-add brought to internal
stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Implementation and Engineering:
+ You’ll generate leads and contribute to Sales &Product campaigns
+ You’ll validate, analyze, and prioritize client workflowrequirements and bug fixes for Product and Engineering
+ You’ll provide valuable customer intelligence that drivesproduct improvements and sales performance
**We'll Trust You To:**
+ Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio product offeringso that you can quickly assess the severity of a production issues with regardsto impact on customer workflows.
+ Triage and troubleshoot issues, specifically related to ourPORT Enterprise offering.
+ Build and maintain relationships with key PORT Enterpriseclients as a point-of-contact.
+ Stakeholder manage internally with our PortfolioImplementations, Portfolio Sales, Product & engineering teams to improvethe reliability of our Portfolio Analysis tools.
+ Keep up to date with market trends and understand theimpact these trends have on our clients’ investment decisions & strategies.
+ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
+ Prioritize and drive resolution on escalated client issues.
+ Provide detailed feedback from clients to product managersto better improve our products.
+ Continually look for ways to improve workflows and partnerwith our Product Team to enhance the system to better the client experience.
**You will need to have:**
+ Strong analytical skills to evaluate problems and providesolutions.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written inEnglish.
+ At least 18 months experience in Financial Services and/ora Financial Technology company.
+ The ambition to take ownership and responsibility of issuesand handle them effectively through to resolution.
+ The inclination and aptitude to pick up new technologiesand procedures.
+ The ability to effectively communicate technical/complexissues in a simplistic manner to various audiences.
**We’d love to see:**
+ Understanding of Portfolio Management tools, preferablyBloomberg’s PORT tool.
+ Knowledge of Fixed Income markets.
+ Relationship management experience.
