Job Description The Portfolio Expert for Execution is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of M360 products within B2B's ICT portfolio. This role focuses on driving execution excellence across multiple projects, managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, and mitigating risks to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Owner

Regularly monitors and evaluates the performance of the products in the portfolio in terms of financials, competitiveness, and technology, in order to develop product plans and strategy.  If necessary, coordinates with relevant internal groups to ensure that timely, adequate and comprehensive business reports are made available on a consistent basis such as:

Subscriber baseAcquisition - count, msf, rev.Churn - rate, count, msf, rev.Contribution MarginPayoutGSR

Define and establish the product roadmap to expand and improve the product portfolio coming from current and future opportunities identified and foreseen.

Customer Success Management

Responsible for working closely with Sales so the latter develops customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty

Ensure that customers are satisfied with the product 

Takes the initiative to improve the product upon areas of dissatisfaction

Customer & Product Insighting

Goes to immersion trips to get close to the subscriber. May go out on field calls with Sales personnel to meet customers and/or business partners

Provides inputs to brand, segment and trade marketing for go-to-market plans and approach

Product Delivery

Leads the extended product team (project delivery, platforms and support teams) to deliver product specifications and required product experience.

Leads the support teams in the definition of back-end processes required to operationally support delivery of assigned products/services.

Develops and maintains strong relationships with the members of the extended product team. Works with operations team to ensure smooth operations for the product and identify process gaps that need to be addressed.

Product Lifecycle Management

Consolidates demand forecast for the products handled, and initiates business viability for potential infrastructure development required to support the demand. 

Defines standard product specifications and service levels to ensure the offering of relevant and competitive products that meet customer expectations. 

Defines, monitors and updates pricing and cost structure based on market, cost and competition.

Ensures profitability of assigned products. Optimizing existing product costs where necessary to drive profitability.

Drives the extended product team to provide all relevant documentation for the products in the portfolio. 

Collates and help safekeep all product-related information, assets and materials including but not limited to: 

Vendor contracts/agreementsProduct deck and product information sheetsProduct end-to-end processBusiness CaseFAQsBilling-related informationCustomer experience / journeyTraining materials, etc.

Takes ownership of the business assigned.

Manages the lifecycle of the productsSuggests directions where to take the businessDevelops strategies and plans for the products handled
