As a Portfolio Implementation and Compliance Analyst, you want to participate in the investment operations process to ensure Clients’ and Shareholders’ assets are invested timely and accurately and have a voice in designing the future of the team and department. You will be an expert on our funds and client accounts, understanding their investment objectives, guidelines and meeting cashflow needs while building mutually beneficial relationships with our client-facing colleagues. You will partner with Legal and our client guidelines specialists to ensure ongoing compliance for investment portfolios, and work with portfolio specialists and technology professionals to maximize portfolio alignment, reduce risk and drive efficiencies. You will work independently on most assignments and under the direct supervision of senior staff on more complex scenarios, projects, analyses and tasks. You will participate or lead team and department-level projects leveraging technology and automation tools to scale operations and support business growth including process engineering initiatives. Finally, you will bring energy and enthusiasm to the environment and work collaboratively to help our team meet its business goals.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $92,423-$147,877
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
