Pay: The salary range for this position is $115,9946.00-$172,427.00

Location: This is a hybrid position working 3 days on-site, 2 days remotely at the IKEA Service Office in Conshohocken, PA. Key responsibilities (title) What you'll be doing day to day Key responsibilities (text) •Acts as the main interface and leads common and consistent ways of working with development councils including structure, format, year cycles and follow up/reporting, ensuring our development councils are effective and aligned with our business strategy
•Channels business needs into the development councils to ensure we have a balanced portfolio of initiatives to support our business objectives (including input from strategic landscape, BPL, strategic initiatives from market retail direction, entrepreneurship for the many and IIS/Range & Supply
• Takes ownership of critical business topics (e.g. process or tools), to establish, anchor and implement
• Captures competence development requirements connected to portfolio development
•Provides framework, tools and methodologies to support business stakeholders when creating exploration/business cases and portfolio prioritization
• Ensures the visibility and sharing of D&I initiatives within INGKA and throughout IKEA
•Ensures the necessary measures are in place to facilitate the scalability and deployment of development initiatives, planning for success throughout the ecosystem
• Defines, establishes, and maintains D&I portfolios.
