• Lead Asset Management of existing ~1GW portfolio of utility scale energy storage projects
• Project performance review, reporting and issue resolution
• Manage external O&M and Asset Management team; ensuring contract compliance, timely resolution of key issues and overall performance of the assets
• Ensure market operations vendor is adhering to contractual obligations and optimizing project/portfolio performance
• Manage HSE issues and contractor conformation to HSE requirements
• Manage offtakers, debt providers, regulatory bodies and other counterparty contractual requirements and communication
• Manage projects and initiatives to enhance productivity and organization of the department.
• Manage the utility, NERC, FERC, ISO and REC registering and reporting aspects of each asset.

• Contribute to the identification and due diligence of new project acquisitions
• Support the technical and economic assessment of project feasibility
• Provide guidance on methods and practices to improve asset performance and project performance
• Interact with seller to perform asset due diligence
• Lead the onboarding of new projects into portfolio
