Overview

East West Bank is currently seeking a Portfolio Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Banking team. 

Responsibilities

Underwriting

Performs risk rating on new and existing loans--Analyze financial statements addressing industry risks, collateral requirements, loan structuring, pricing and credit analysis for recommendation to manager on lending decisionsMake recommendation on structure of credit for approval

Credit monitoring

Develop solutions for problem loan creditResponsible for credit risk and quality of portfolio

Portfolio Management

Perform maintenance on portfolio of loansMaintain & expand client relationshipManage loan renewal process

Business Development

Participate in community and business functionsDevelop other deposits services relationship Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and directly related experience2+ years of banking experiencHas strong understanding of credit policy and procedures and is able to accurately risk-rate loans/credits, evaluates both cash-flow and collateral-based loans/creditsDevelop problem loan credit solutionsHas strong knowledge base in Treasury, FX and Derivative products and have demonstrated abilities in coordinating the resources of the bank to bring effective full service solutions to the company Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.
