We will count on you to:
Team Leadership:
Manage a team of 21 direct reports, including coaching, performance management, and career development.
Oversee resource planning, monitor workflows, and ensure achievement of SLAs.
Drive team productivity and accountability through mentoring and feedback.
Client Servicing:
Oversee retention strategies and ensure seamless service delivery for key accounts in Property & Casualty.
Manage escalations, resolve complex client issues, and ensure a superior client experience.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the key point of contact for high-level stakeholders across multiple business segments.
Present monthly reports to stakeholders, outlining team performance, key wins, and areas for improvement.
Process and Performance Optimization:
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and innovation.
Utilize advanced critical thinking and change management skills to navigate a dynamic business landscape.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in advanced client servicing with a focus on results.
Experience: Extensive background (8-12 years) in the insurance sector and client service is a must.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Expertise in change management and fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
Outstanding communication and influencing abilities.
Advanced leadership skills with a history of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.

Education: Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrated success in managing large teams and handling complex portfolios.
In-depth knowledge of insurance broking dynamics and market trends.
