Portfolio Manager
**Overview** **Position Summary:** The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is excited to welcome a dynamic **Portfolio Manager** to our team. The EPMO is designed to support the identification and delivery of the highest priority initiatives across the organization aligned to the mission, vision and strategic objectives of St. Luke’s. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving our most important initiatives forward with focus on: + **Portfolio management:** provides system oversight of portfolio activities including monitoring and benefit realization across all initiatives + **Portfolio delivery:** designs, plans, and supports execution of transformational and brand experience initiatives + **Change management and program communication:** Utilizes change management best practices to support and implement assigned work efforts. The **Portfolio Manager** oversees large, complex, high risk organization-wide initiatives including monitoring of multiple cross functional project teams in collaboration with sponsors, system leadership and project managers. Ensures and facilities cost management, benefit realization and risk management across assigned initiatives and in coordination with dependent, connected work. The portfolio manager manages and coordinates program and/or project teams consisting of, project managers and change and communication resources to plan, lead and deliver complex, high-risk, strategic, and tactical programs. In partnership with management committee chairs, will oversee the portfolio roadmap, assisting the committee in reviewing, prioritizing and sequencing aligned work efforts. + Supports development of strategic business cases and operational business plans for high-priority strategic initiatives. + Supports execution of the plans to meet project milestones, target budget, KPIs, and deliverables. + Leads work teams related to project execution. Directs and manages work including interfacing with resources and stakeholders across the organization, as well as outside of the organization. + Provides leadership and mentoring to other members of the portfolio team to execute on the plan. + Provides regular updates of project progress, risks, and escalations. + Collects and tracks progress towards outcome metrics and KPIs. + Performs other duties as assigned.
