Portfolio Manager - Corporate Real Estate

What you’ll do
As a Portfolio Manager for the Corporate Real Estate Team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our corporate real estate assets in support of an exceptional workplace experience.
You will leverage your strategic planning experience and data analytics background to drive performance and support the company's long-term objectives.
Strategic Planning:
+ Support the transformation of our corporate real-estate portfolio brining thought leadership and incorporating findings from the workplace strategy program.
+ Drive plans to proactively address the needs of the stakeholder while continuously improving the quality-of-service delivery with regards to workplace services and facility management.
+ Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes to ensure an exceptional workplace experience and team efficiency.
+ Manage programming, restacking and move initiatives: Engage stakeholders to collect and validate requirements, analyze portfolio occupancy, develop solution minimizing business disruption and number of moves. This is a collaborative initiative supported by consultants and internal cross functional teams.
+ Manage and streamline process for stakeholder requests related to space and furniture.
+ Manage/maintain workplace room standards across portfolio.
Drawing records and CAFM Space Management
+ Procure and implement new CAFM solution partnering with cross functional team (Procurement, Security, IT and Operations).
+ Manage CAFM system after implementation.
+ Act as CAFM subject matter expert for all data maintenance and reporting activities.
+ Develop and maintain occupancy metrics to track space utilization and efficiency.
+ Provide recommendations to optimize space usage and enhance operational effectiveness. Align reporting standards with corporate initiatives and target goals.
+ Develop and maintain drawing (CAD, REVIT, PDF) records for active and archived projects.
+ Resource for creation and distribution of drawings and reports from CAFM system.
What you bring
+ Architectural Technologist Degree or similar.
+ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate portfolio management or a similar role.
+ Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within a real estate context.
+ Experience in CAFM space management implementation and management.
+ Strong understanding of occupancy metrics and space utilization principles.
+ Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) and methodologies.
+ Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam.
+ Experience in REVIT preferred.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
