Within Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you will be part of our Buildings Business Unit, which brings together the full portfolio of products, software and services for buildings and adjacent infrastructure

In our quest to revolutionize the world’s infrastructure, we are seeking a Portfolio Manager for Partner Offering for our Growth & Performance department within our SI Buildings Business Unit

Location:  This position will be located in Zug, Switzerland

 

The Role

As the Portfolio Manager for Partner Offerings in SI Buildings, you will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive portfolio of products, software and services delivered through our partner ecosystem. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify needs of the buildings market and develop scalable offerings for the indirect channel. This role is critical in driving growth, innovation, and customer success through strategic partnerships

Your new responsibilities 

Develop scalable portfolio offerings (products/software/service for buildings market) for the partner channel, in collaboration with the technical units Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the portfolio roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market strategy Serve as the subject matter expert and advocate for the partner offerings portfolio within the organization, representing our partners' perspectives and ensuring alignment with our value proposition Conduct in-depth market and customer research to identify opportunities for new partner-led products, software and services Together with the Marketing and Communications department, develop comprehensive sales and marketing collateral to enable the effective promotion and sale of partner portfolios Continuously monitor partner offering performance, gather customer feedback, and implement enhancements Provide training and support to the sales team to drive adoption and successful customer deployments Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform the long-term portfolio strategy

Your talents and experience 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 5+ years of experience in Sales or Product Management in a building technology environment Deep understanding of SI Buildings portfolio Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem and experience in making portfolio offerings scalable Ideally special experience with at least one of the following customer types: System Integrators, IT System Integrators, Facility Managers Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and bring them to market successfully Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling value propositions Proficient in data analysis, market research, and performance tracking to inform strategic decision-making Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Fluency in English
