As a Portfolio Manager - Facilities you will be responsible to provide leadership and coordination of a portfolio of PPP and work closely with the national TAM support team on the implementation of business plans & strategies and company-wide Quality initiatives to maximise customer satisfaction and enhance company goodwill.
Key Responsibilities:
· Management and promotion of Health and Safety obligations and initiatives at all times
· Be a central point for Client communication and their nominated property management consultants
· Coordinate Key customer requirements and provide professional advice in relation to all FM matters and contracted deliverables
· Coordinate and review Asset Management Plans (FM) including Annual Works Plans, Five Year Lifecycle Plans, Utilities Management Plan for each facility on an annual basis
· Coordinate and review Health & Safety Plans, Environmental Management Plans, Risk Management Plans and update as required by law or company
· Prepare a Portfolio Monthly Report incorporating Site based reports
· Coordinate the preparation of site based monthly reports and matters of key interest
· Attend Monthly Client meetings
· Attend sites as required (minimum monthly) to support the site teams and client outcomes.\\
· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets
· Identify innovation
· Prepare CAPEX business cases
Key Experience & Capabilities:
· Must have tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Facilities Management or demonstrate an equivalent level of experience in maintaining major infrastructure facilities for key clients.
· Minimum of 10 years in a similar or relevant environment with, exposure to complex multi-stakeholder contracts and PPP commercial models (desirable)
· Proven experience in commercial issues management including finance, risk management, compliance and commercial/contract law
· Exceptional staff management and process improvement skills and estimating ability
· High level of financial numeracy and experience in managing budgets/forecasts and undertake financial analysis
· Ability to prepare business cases and influence outcomes
· Ability to prepare briefing guidance for legal action
· Capacity to deliver against multiple objectives.
· Strong customer relation skills with total commitment to customer satisfaction.
