Work you'll do: + Develop marketing strategy and drive prioritization of marketing and communications campaigns with a focus on maximizing competitive differentiation and driving growth for the FS (Financial Services) industry + Drive the marketing planning process, including discussions with industry leadership and key stakeholders around business priorities + Create and deliver executive-level presentation materials for senior leadership that convey impact, surface challenges, and gain consensus on the opportunities ahead + Own overarching core messaging frameworks and develop positioning, messaging, and ROI strategy + Lead market analysis (competitive, trends and white space) and make recommendations to business stakeholders + Own overall channel strategy specific to the industry to drive growth of the business + Work closely with business stakeholders to shape research, content, and insights agenda aligned to key business issues and client needs + Create audience management strategies that prioritize buyer targeting and client journey development with a focus on digital strategies to expand reach to target audiences, acquire contacts, and nurture and convert leads for sales readiness + Build external marketplace relationships aligning to priority business issues with national industry associations, trade publishers and third-party event producers to optimize Deloitte's position in the market across channels. The successful candidate will possess: + Prior experience leading and managing a team in a virtual environment and matrixed organization with demonstrated ability to take initiative + Dynamic leader with strong problem solving and persuasive skills with the ability to gain consensus through influence and pivot when warranted + Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently + Advanced proficiency in digital marketing strategies such as lead acquisition and lead nurture; and account-based marketing + Conceptual, strategic, and tactical thinker who can balance innovative approaches with business priorities + Compelling executive presence, professional client service manner, and can interact with all levels of management + Demonstrated proficiency in facilitating, delegating, and motivating cross functional groups or activities + Lead junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development. Coach others on their career development aspirations and facilitate new connections for your Coachees to expand their own network and broaden their understanding of the organization Qualifications: + 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing strategy and planning + B2B marketing experience, with an emphasis on cutting-edge digital marketing strategy + Prior experience in marketing to Financial Services companies (preferred) + Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related discipline + Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm + Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts + Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred + Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,900 to $241,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
