Overview:

The Portfolio Manager for Knorr Chicken Liquid Bouillon will be responsible for overseeing both innovation, renovation (BD), portfolio development and growth strategy (BB) thus to drive quality and sustainable growth of Knorr Chicken Liquid Bouillon. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, strong consumer insight, creativity, and hands-on execution to drive the success of the Knorr Chicken Liquid Bouillon, which is China UFS’s top-selling portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Innovation & Renovation:

Lead the development of new product formulations and improvements including NRM to existing products.Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and consistency.Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and trends to inform product development.Manage the product lifecycle & plan for future growth pipeline for mid-long term.

Portfolio development & growth strategies:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow Knorr Chicken Liquid Bouillon and lead market development of bouillon category pro-actively.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.Iterate portfolio position & communication mix to better align with external market trends and portfolio growth strategy.Manage current portfolio P&L & monitor business performance.Coordinate with advertising and media agencies to create impactful promotional campaigns.Monitor and report on the business performance and adjust resources plan in time according to the market situation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and above in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in portfolio management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.Strong knowledge of portfolio management and marketing strategies.Ability to think-out-of-the-box, with strong resilience.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
