Portfolio Marketing Manager

This Portfolio Marketing Manager is mainly responsible for developing and managing the implementation of marketing strategies mainly focusing on Portfolio Marketing, FB marketing, and other thematic marketing with media buy expertise in Greater China.

The successful candidate will be accountable for creating innovative marketing campaigns and driving business growth through effective marketing initiatives based on accurate insights of market trends and consumer behaviors.

• Supports the line manager to plan, curate and implement suitable portfolio marketing campaigns in line with master brand of World of Hyatt and support Hyatt business needs and market insights in a proper cadence throughout the year to drive the consumer preference to Hyatt hotels over competitors.

• Thematic FB marketing strategic planning and execution riding on actual business needs, the FB market trends and consumer behavior to enhance/boost Hyatt FB awareness and business.

• Provides guidance and consultancy for full year/seasonal hotel marketing for Hyatt hotels in GC and incorporating global/regional marketing objectives into the hotel plans, when appropriate.

• Coordinates with relevant Commercial Service functions to develop and implement market-based strategic plans based on local need periods and demand generation opportunities to drive hotel performance.

• Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

• Creative and innovative, agile way of working, think and execute out of box and dare to be the trendsetter in and out of industry.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results including but not limited to regional/area/field/FB marketing etc.

• Strong insight of market trends and consumer behavior, that has been proved into the results of marketing campaigns/projects.

• Strong insight on performance marketing, understand the best approach of media strategy to bring the best media results to life.

• Solid relationships across industries for crossover, partnership, and collaborations.

• Deep understanding the landscape of social media with firm relationship with key and potential KOLs, photographer, artists, celebrities etc. related to travel, fashion, lifestyle, art, FB, entertainment etc.

• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

• Strong business acumen with 8 years of experience in brand and marketing in international companies.

• Well experienced in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results including but not limited to regional/area/field/FB marketing etc. with excellent communication internally and externally, project management, and leadership skills.

• Strong insight of market trends and consumer behavior, that has been proved into the results of marketing campaigns/projects.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English in listening, speaking, and writing.

Education

• University / Colleague graduate with proficiency in Mandarin and English

Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Basic video/photo shooting and editing is a plus value
