To support performance for lifecycle brands we are looking for a Portfolio Omnichannel Marketing Manager within Gen Med team. The Portfolio Omnichannel Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across all channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer journey. This role is pivotal in driving growth and fostering a culture of agility and collaboration within the Gen Med team. Portfolio Omnichannel Marketing Manager Key responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies that align with the organization’s vision and mission. Design and optimize seamless customer journeys across all touchpoints- including Face to Face, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience. Utilize available analytics to gather insights and make data-driven decisions to refine marketing strategies and enhance performance. Collaborate with KAM to drive effectively channel deployment strategies and tactics. Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns, including implementation of DDCx UJs, Rep to digital UJs and content planning across broader channel mix. Support the development of budgets, forecasting sales figures and assessing KPIs. Be accountable for A&P tracking and management Manage x-matrix stakeholders and third parties to execute flawlessly, including CSO, MOC, media agencies and relevant Regional and Local stakeholders. Align with global & General Medicine analytics framework, execute (or lead vendor to execute) tagging of content and campaigns to track usage and effectiveness for improvement. Provide instructions for tagging across all campaign collaterals. Carry out monthly campaign performance analysis, analysing all relevant data sets including CSO KPIs, distilling key insights and recommending actions for optimisation ready for presentation to snr management as part of ongoing agile sprint retrospectives. Report to Omnichannel lead to ensure effective and efficient use of global digital platforms including latest best practices, updates or releases including new functionalities & channels. Manage content and activity demand forecasting and prioritization process with MOC and 3rd party vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns, channels and CSO material delivery with appropriate governance. Own the development, implementation & continuous optimization of customer-centric digital framework Lead and inspire a dynamic commercial team, promoting a culture of continuous learning, growth, and collaboration. Drive innovation in marketing practices, leveraging the latest technologies and trends to stay ahead of the competition. Why You? Necessary qualifications and skills: Previous experience as Brand/Product manager Experience in A&P management and product forecast Significant experience with pharma and omnichannel execution of content and user journeys. Understanding of competitive dynamics within pharma industry Robust understanding of Customer segmentation & targeting Hands on experience of content development and copy approval, i.e. Content Lab Excellent internal engagement skills - building credibility with, and insights through, a strong internal network of key stakeholders High accountability & track record of successfully delivering critical complex projects.
