The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
DescriptionThis role owns the product strategy for one or multiple complex functional areas, the delivery of which generally spans across portfolios. The role represents the voice of the customer and the organization through the delivery of business value. Works closely with stakeholders (business and technology), including executive leadership, to define and prioritize cross portfolio features and stories, ensuring alignment with customer needs and short- and long-term organizational goals. Understands customers' problems in detail and ensures the problems are clearly defined, prioritized and the squad/team is focused on the most valuable work for the organization. Collaborates with squad/teams, technologies and architects across multiple portfolios to develop a deep understanding of the technologies and systems they support. Identifies existing capabilities and ensures their adoption where needed within the portfolio as well as identifying capability gaps and ensuring there isn’t duplicative efforts taking place to help reduce redundancy and promote reuse.
