Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Service Marketing Professional for its Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapy business portfolio (Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Cathlab machines, etc) in the West and West Central regionBusiness Title: ManagerInternal Title: Portfolio Sales Professional Location : AhmedabadJob Responsibilities1. Plan & Monitor Service Revenue Business for the Region1. Make yearly plans for Service Revenue based on Installed Base (IB)and Sales Forecast2. Monitor the actuals w.r.t. plans. Drive & execute mitigation actions.3. Prepare Monthly MIS , Provide Contract & Revenue Forecasts4. Monthly reviews with Regional and HO colleagues2. CRM & Collaboration1. Develop professional customer relationship, offer appropriate service solutions to achieve customer loyalty2. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to leverage competitive advantage for the business & IB retention3. Work closely with Education Services/ Application team for developing and growing Education services revenue3. Acquire Service Business for the Regions1. Coordinate with Region, HO and back office shared services team (GBS) to ensure timely Contract offers submission to customers2. Follow up and negotiations with customers for conclusion of contracts in alignment with Regional and Territory sales managers, modality managers and Country Service Marketing/Sales3. Improving Contract Capture Rate and Contract Conversions4. Ensuring booking of contracts and submission of Invoices through commercial team5. Collection of Payments from Customers as per agreed terms in coordination with Business Administration and Service Group Leaders4. Acquisition of Additional Service Revenue through1. PMS Kits2. Upgrades3. Education/ User Services etcQualifications/Skillsets/ExperienceGraduate/Post graduate preferably in Biomedical/Electrical/Electronics stream3-5 years of rich experience in a service sales or service marketing role in a medical devices organizationExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsPreferred languages - English, Hindi & GujaratiOpen to travel 70% - role requirement
