Your role:

Manages the Siemens Healthineers D&A portfolio of products and services in order to support the sales team and to help customers take advantage of Siemens Healthineers solutions more effectivelyAnalyzes and evaluates markets (both product and services portfolio) and needs of potential or existing customersExecutes sales targets and activities at dedicated accounts in order to increase sales and achieve defined commercial targets in RomaniaWorks out short and long-term sales strategies in the field of Siemens Healthineers' Digital Health Solutions Strategy in RomaniaPromotes and supports the Services portfolio of Siemens HealthineersGets to know the product portfolio's technical parameters in detail and keeps this knowledge up-to-date. Searching for and preparing comparisons with the competitors' similar productsOrganizes workshops and events related to the portfolio of products and services. Supports other Account Managers with  specific product knowledge (e.g. participates in customer meetings and negotiations)Takes part in the orders and revenue business planningSupports the overall assigned KAM organization and plans sales volumes and potential of key targeted customersSupports strategic key customers' business developmentContributes to the development of the After Sales Service that is focused on customers' needsOpen to changes, and new challenges in the market and has an entrepreneurial spirit

Your expertise:

At least 7-10 years of working experience including proven experience managing complex business relationships and working within cross-functional teams/processes to achieve goals. Strong evidence of the ability to build solutions across multiple stakeholders in complex relationships is essentialExperience in medical equipment or any other related field 7-10 yearsKnowledge of the Romanian medical marketUniversity degreeStrong negotiation skillsStrong English language knowledge, German would be an advantage;Communication skillsBusiness results and customer orientationManagement of change and team developmentOrientation towards valuesAbility to travel
