Job Description: Responsible for the thermal management product platform as CHK Portfolio marketing role. Target market is ICE/PHEV automotive and commercial vehicle market. Target customers are automotive OEMs and corresponding tier suppliers. Key responsibilities: + External market insights/analysis and competitor analysis + Develop area portfolio strategy and tactics, aligning with global strategy and leading area execution + Responsible for Portfolio P&L as the portfolio owner, drive P&L achievement through integrated business plan, portfolio management and cross functional collaboration + Contributor for new idea hopper; Project leader/key marketing contributor for NPI process; Owner for NPI commercialization in area + Product demand forecast aggregation Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA is preferred; + 3+ years related working experience in marketing function or related industry; + Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking; + Solid problem solving and execution; + Excellent coordination and communication skills; + Good command in both written and oral English.
