About the Role:

Are you passionate about driving strategic initiatives and shaping the future of a dynamic business franchise? We are seeking a Portfolio Strategy & Execution Manager for our SUIPS Franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute portfolio strategies by collaborating with franchise owners, portfolio directors, and cross-functional leaders.Market & Trend Analysis: Identify customer, market, and industry trends, translating them into actionable insights.Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate growth opportunities and potential risks, providing strategic options for the franchise.Business Planning: Develop business plans for new initiatives, including financial modeling and stakeholder alignment.Execution Coordination: Align efforts across teams to steer strategy execution, monitor progress, and propose mitigation actions.Special Projects: Lead high-impact strategic projects, leveraging internal and external resources.


Qualifications:
 

Must Have Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in life science, engineering, or business 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in management consultingSolid understanding of the pharmaceutical/life sciences sectorProven expertise in portfolio management, business strategy, and strategic planningFluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

Advanced degree preferred, e.g., MBA, Master’s, or PhDExceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Sharp business acumen with experience interpreting financial statements.Outstanding executive communication and presentation abilities.Results-driven, agile, and self-motivated with the ability to handle ambiguity and multiple priorities

 

Must be able to work in Bedford, MA office
