Key Responsibilities: + Safety-FocusedOperations:Executeflawless operations bymeticulouslyfollowingmanifests and schedules,whileadheringtostringentsafetyprotocolsandtrafficregulations. + PassengerCare:Exhibitexceptionalcareandassistancetowardspassengers,ensuringsmoothboarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all. + Provides door-to-door assistance to passengers to safely travel between the vehicle and the door of home or destination. This including escorting and assisting passengers with disabilities including pushing wheelchairs up and down ramps, assisting passengers up and down stairs, steps and curbs and inclines, assisting passengers on the vehicle and securing passengers and their mobility aids on the vehicle. + Vehicle Vigilance: Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptlyreportinganymaintenanceissues,andmaintainingthehigheststandardsofcleanlinessandsafety equipment readiness. + AdherencetoProtocols:Upholdcompanypoliciesandproceduresrigorously,encompassingseatbelt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates. + Follows rules and regulations of the Company and TriMet. + Otherdutiesasrequired Qualifications: + 21 yearsor older + Minimum5 yearsofdrivingexperience (personalor professional) + Excellentcommunication &customerserviceskills. + Mustbe able toworkshifts orflexible workschedulesasneeded. + SubjecttoaDOTdrugtestingandphysicalifapplicable.DOTRegulation49CFRPart40doesnot authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
