As a D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant / Senior Consultant, you’ll be considered a learned professional that applies your subject matter expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade’s projects. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in modules like Field Services, Customer Services, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Insights. You’ll solve problems using CRM solutions as you liaise between Avanade clients and project teams made up of Project Managers, Back-End and Front-End (UX) Architects, and other CE professionals. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner with an unrivalled focus on personal development and training in both technology and softer consulting skills.

What you’ll do

* Advise clients and internal teams on leveraging Dynamics 365 CE to address complex business challenges.
* Perform application development, advanced code development, component design, and application testing.
* Prototype, configure, and test business processes tailored to client needs.
* Technical Leadership
* Write and maintain high-quality technical specifications.
* Expertise to work in a technical solution for business specifications from clients.
* Develop workflows, plugins, APIs, and data migration scripts.
* Enable the design and implementation of conceptual architectures and technical solutions.

* Identify opportunities for improving business processes and CRM functionalities.
* Use KPIs to measure and enhance the quality and performance of projects.
Skills and experiences
· Proven experience of 4+ years on full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
· Proven experience of design technical solutions with Dynamics 365 ecosystem for business requirements.
· Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Field Services/Customer Services/Marketing, Sales/Customer Insights).
· Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse, SQL Server.
· Proven skills in developing workflows, business process flows, plugins, web resources, XRM Toolbox, and utilizing the CRM SDK.
· Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and API development.
· Familiarity with Azure services is highly desirable.
· Familiarity to work with pipelines to do deployments in different environments.
· Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
· English is required
