Portuguese Process Delivery Specialist -Human Resources Operation
**Introduction** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage. **Your role and responsibilities** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.A HR Process Delivery Specialist agent is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactions, related to Front Office and Back Office tasks, inputs and/or processes needed to achieve contractual SLA/KPIs and client expectations. They are also responsible to answer calls, chats, and tickets within the established contractual SLA/KPIs and client expectations. They ensure the delivery of a high quality following the established standards, focused on customer service to external and internal clients. They are responsible for processing the work assignments for different regions. They ensure that practices and procedures are adopted and followed as necessary. They must ensure to follow all process controls defined in each process. They assume additional responsibilities as assigned. **Required technical and professional expertise** Has data processing skills including use of excel spreadsheets, reports, and databases. • Has strong organizational, priorization and excellent time management skills. • Has solid understanding of audits and business controls requirements. • Focuses on individual/team/department and operational objectives developing professional effectiveness and efficiency. • Maximizes customer satisfaction for the countries supported. • Has high level of Portuguese, both verbal and written. • Comply and drive improvements, following quality assurance (QA) standards. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Has knowledge of HR delivery systems, such as ServiceNow, Workday, or any other ERP as client required. • Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective networks. • Uses acquired experience/knowledge for relationship building and training. • Ability to drive simple tasks/reports/transactions for resolution purposes. • Proven ability to self-learn new processes. • Recognizes job-related problems. • Has high level English both verbal and written.
