POS Implementation Consultant - Fluency in English & French

Location: Canada

Travel: Up to 75%

Install and configure the Oracle Hospitality F&B product suite. Train the application software with a demonstrated understanding of current food & beverage management techniques. Hardware - Workstations, Printers and any peripherals. Impart specific knowledge related to restaurant operating procedures. Be familiar with and adhere to the latest training and installation standards and procedures. Work with the My Oracle Support global support system and Support organization on raising client issues. Work with the customer and the broader Oracle Hospitality F&B team to ensure service level requirements are exceeded. Necessary technical skills; Active participation in online education and product training courses; Participate in quality assurance of new product and/or version release software when required. Submit timely and accurate project status and other required reporting via current communication method Professional Skills:  Analytical problem solving skills. Project Management skills.
