The Position and Application (Onboarding) Specialist is directly responsible and accountable to the Human Resources Manager for the overall operations of the Position Manager/ Applicant Tracking System. The primary duties include, but are not limited to, the development, deployment, tracking, training, and overall operational management of the employee onboarding process - compliance requirements. This involves being a resource for all open positions, applicants, and hiring managers. The onboarding of all new employees; advising and assisting Holzer Health System management on onboarding strategies; initiating recommendations for appropriate measures to address underlying systemic recruiting and/or new hire initiatives and/or opportunities for improvement as represented by the satisfaction of our workforce.
Education, Work Experience and Licensure:
Bachelor degree preferred; Associate degree required; a combination of education, training and experience may waive degree requirement.
One to three years of relatable experience in Human Resources is strongly preferred; minimum of one year work experience in a relatable business setting required.
