Responsibilities include:  - Project Analysis: Review and present the status and plans of projects, considering objectives, budgets, schedules, technical needs, and risks.  - Technical Guidance: Provide advice on new technologies and modifications during design and program reviews.  - Collaboration: Work with technology leads and program managers to develop technical assessments, briefings, and recommendations.
