Tervela is seeking a top notch node.js developer to drive the development of new adapters for our innovative cloud-orchestrated data movement application. We are located in the CIC Cambridge Innovation Center-Downtown Boston just a short walk from South Station. Our Cloud FastPath product is the first of its kind Software-as-a-Service SaaS that allows companies and service providers to move terabytes of structured and unstructured data between heterogeneous systems with unparalleled performance and simplicity. Key to that simplicity is an intuitive, as-simple-as-possible-but-no-simpler web application. Its a modern HTML5 app written using ember.js, bootstrap, jquery, handlebars, and other popular front-end development tools. Our backend is not a run-of-the-mill database backed web service, though we have aspects of that. Our backend developers work in twisted Python, node.js, and C. The node.js developer team member will be responsible for meeting customer demand for new adapters to both on-premise and cloud based data sources and targets.
