Position Title: Customer Service Specialist
Summary:

This role will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product and service information to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions: Review, research, and ensure customer orders are accurate and communicated to production fulfillment via the technology platform, including change orders, debits and credits and inquiries.  Resolve more complex customer complaints, invoicing issues, and scheduling modifications. Support reviewing contracts for compliance with the department’s contract review requirements. Using pricing tools, perform standard pricing calculations for quote requests and customer orders. Gain stronger understanding of program and alternative pricing options. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education 2+ years customer service, sales support and/or order processing experience Experience with production/order fulfillment software
