Summary:

This position will manage the engineering function.

Essential Functions: Lead an engineering team to determine the most effective means of meeting goals and driving. continuous improvement/operational excellence. Support new product development, product qualifications and new product launches. Prioritize project work and capital budget recommendations. Support quality system integration and compliance. Support facilities needs and growth and help ensure safety and environmental compliance. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree 8+ years of engineering experience 4+ years supervisory experience Experience with leading projects
