Summary: Essential Functions: Perform required operations necessary to start up and operate the paper machine following standard procedures and directions with assistance of Inspector. Perform the Inspector duties as needed. Regulate the machine and equipment during the run to assure proper machine conditions. Initiate records for the batch and fill in required data. Ink stamp labeling to sheets, clip sheets as needed for samples. Monitor/collect sheet weight and make adjustments to maintain sheet weight control. Material handling duties using appropriate equipment as needed. Detect unusual conditions and report to supervisor. Maintain and clean work area/equipment as well as perform various other duties as assigned by supervisor. Rotate between duties as required. Qualifications:
