Summary:

This role requires an experienced professional to oversee the accounting and finance operations of a manufacturing facility. The position will be responsible for overseeing all plant accounting.  Come grow your manufacturing finance career with a high-technology company!

 

Essential Functions: Provides support in reviewing and understanding data related to work centers, routers, costing rollups/analysis, data integrity/reporting, and ongoing decision support as needed. Monitor capital and major expense projects. Support inventory management through physical inventories and cycle counting.  Ensures compliance with policies. Prepares reconciliations, commentary, and journal entries for various transactions and ensures reviews comply with regulatory documentation and approval requirements Manages the annual operating plan working closely with the Product Line Management and Operations team to set targets. Prepare and review weekly and monthly financial results, establishing both short-term and long-term forecasts. Analyzes variances and guides the organization for variance reduction Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. 6+ years of related experience. Experience with accounting principles, financial analysis/reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, cost accounting and inventory management concepts.

 

Compensation is between $105,000 to $145,000, depending on experience.
